We export a high quality Desi Chick Peas originated from Ethiopia. It is a dark brown colored, small chana with rough coat, cultivated mainly in India and some other parts of Indian sub-continent and Ethiopia, Iran and Mexico.
It is a small version of regular pale yellow chickpeas. Although it has brown skin, it is yellow underneath, and it has a nutty flavor and stiff texture when cooked.
It is low in fat naturally, high in dietary fibers and rich in minerals and vitamins.
